Le Cordon Bleu


‘Le Cordon Bleu’, London, came calling on 23rd November 2017. Cuisine Master Chef Collin Westal conducted a demo on French Cuisine.

Sugar Craft


Workshop on Sugar Craft was arranged for our Craft Bakery and T.Y. B.Sc. students on 6th and 8th December 2017, which was conducted by Ms. Trudy Remedios.

‘French Entremets’ with
Chef Zarin Shaikh

 

It was once again the turn of our T.Y. students who had a demo on ‘French Entremets’ with Chef Zarin Shaikh from ‘Cake Me Out’ on 9th January 2018.

 

Bar-tending as a Career


On 13th March the T.Y. Br.Sc. ‘Food and Beverage’ specialization team went to ‘Drinq Barmen and Academy’ Bandra, for a workshop on ‘Bar-tending as a Career’.

Flower Arrangements


A workshop on a variety of exotic ‘Flower Arrangements’ was organized specially for staff by the management on 26th March 2018. It was facilitated by ‘Ikebana’ expert Ms. Priyanka Khandekar.
